WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
Urban Kanyaa is about helping you pamper yourself and give yourself a relaxing experience. Sort of like a gift from you to yourself.
The Urban Kanyaa Box includes curated items to help you relax and make one of your daily activities, better.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We select a theme every month that upgrades a daily activity in your life. You can buy one box before the 14th of that month. Post that if you subscribe we’ll be shipping the next month’s box out to you. We try to ship out the boxes on the 15th of each month so you can enjoy the box.
If you are a subscribed member of the Urban Kanyaa Tribe then you need not worry about anything, we’ll deliver your boxes on the 15th of each month.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON THEMES?

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I GET?
While you can never know for sure exactly what items will be in your box you can be sure that all our products are personally tested by us and are of supreme quality. We look at lifestyle products according to the theme of the box. However, we broadly include self-care beauty products, stationery, women’s accessories, self-care items, food items, bath items, sanitary items, etc.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING?
Oops, Sorry we currently do not take returns unless a damaged product reaches you however, we are working on changing that soon.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
No, we exclusively ship pan India for now. However, we are working on changing that soon.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
You can choose to make an online payment through RazonPay
WHEN DO YOU BILL?
We bill on the 1st of every month and in case of issues retry the following working day.
HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP WORK?
You can join in the Urban Kanyaa tribe for a span of three months and get an added discount.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. Simply log into your account and unsubscribe. In case there is an issue with your subscription please write us a mail at hello.urbankanyaa@gmail.com .
WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, completely. We only aim to make your life easier and better. Please look at our terms of service for more insight into how we handle your data.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DELAYED?
We try to ship all our boxes out on the same day, however, if there are unexpected hurdles it may take longer than expected to deliver the product to you. In a case that the delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your box please contact us at hello.urbanakanyaa@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you with the same.
CAN I CHANGE PLANS AT ANY TIME?
You can definitely stop your current plan at any time and get a new plan. Just hit the link to cancel my plan or write to us at hello.urbankanyaa@gmail.com
