7. Subscription:
Through our Website, you can subscribe to box, which consist of books, accessories, skin care products, home decor products, etc. By 14th of every month We would come out with the monthly subscription box theme to enable you to check the names of different products in the box before you subscribe. By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
If you find the product damaged, torn or spilt, then only We shall be able to replace your order and not otherwise. In order to enable us to return the product, You need to retain the product which is damaged, torn or spilled to enable us to check and verify and intimate us on our email: urbankanyaaa@gmail.com within 4 days of receipt of subscription box with the details of your order like name, address, order number and amount paid. We do not have the policy to entertain exchange of products once subscribed.

12. Delivery
We deliver in all major cities in India excluding Gujrat and Nort East. If you'd like a delivery to be made in a town or village please mention it while placing the order. This may call for extra charges as required by the shipping companies. The extra charges will be mentioned to you prior to shipping your box.
We will try our best for the shipping of each box to be done by the 15th however, we are not responsible if an unforeseen condition hinders it. In such cases, we'll be shipping your products as soon as possible.
13. Choice of Law:
These presents shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.
